Took almost 2 hours to arrive and when it arrived they did not bring the juices that we ordered

Not this specific order, it was one I ordered tonight. Genuinely the worst experience Ive ever had with a takeaway. Ordered at 7:37pm, 1 hour and 30 minutes I was quoted (which is poor for a burger and chips and a 7 minute drive anyway). Was 30 minutes late when I was told it was out for delivery, a further 20 minutes passed and it hadnt came still. Scoffable then told me 20 minutes after that it had just been prepared, and when phoned the shop for a third time it hadnt left the shop. Will genuinely never use again. 3 hours and no food. Wish you all the best in your business, but it wont be me supporting it anymore.

Tried the Veggie wrap,was not sure how it would go down,as i am used to the Veggie burger meal. But wow. Superb! And you cannot go wrong with their Salad & Rice boxes. Makes you feel healthier 😉

Order was not only wrong, but the food that did come was cold and needed reheated. After taking 90 minutes for delivery. Its a shame because when they get it right, the food is good but unfortunately, the order has been wrong more often than not. I did contact the restaurant and they offered to send out the correct order, I declined and asked for a refund as at that point it was quicker to just make food.
