Music to our ears! We certainly don't believe in skimping on the haggis toppings around here. Glad the feast hit the mark, and the grill is ready whenever you fancy round two! ❤Eric&Co

Thank you so much! 🙌 Getting the food straight to your door piping hot and full of flavour is always the mission. Really appreciate the top feedback and the shout-out for the teamcatch you on the next order! ❤Eric&Co

Thank you so much for the loyal support and for letting us know the food is usually amazing! 🙌 Youve hit the nail on the head regarding the chipswhen we get a big rush on the fryers, it's easy to over-crisp them until the fluffy potato inside disappears. Ive already spoken to the team to dial back the cook times so they stay crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, exactly how they should be. Really appreciate the honest tip, and well have them spot on for your next order! ❤Eric&Co

I'm really sorry to hear this. Knowing you usually have great food from us makes it even more disappointing when an order arrives cold and the curly fries lose their crunch during delivery. That's definitely not the standard we aim for. Please get in touch with us directly at the shop on your next order so we can make this right and get you the hot, fresh meal you know and expect from us. ❤Eric&Co

Cheers mate, absolutely buzzing to hear that! 🙌 Keeping it delicious and consistent every single time is what we work hard for. Massive thanks for the top feedback and the ongoing supportcatch you on the next one! ❤Eric&Co
