I am really sorry to hear this. As a regular, you know this isn't the standard we aim for at Easy Burger. We had a new driver struggle with the route tonight, which is no excuse for a 2.5-hour wait and cold food. Regarding the refund, I truly wish I could hit 'refund' on my end, but since it was through Scoffable, their system requires you to contact them directlyI'm sorry if that felt like poor service, it certainly wasn't my intention.
