Being a regular, would never usually complain due to lateness etc as the food is usually good & I'm relatively understanding. But just waited 2.5 hours for cold food & shocking customer service.Used to genuinely rave about the place to friends, however it's gone so downhill since first opening & seriously considering future returns.Maybe best to collect.

I am really sorry to hear this. As a regular, you know this isn't the standard we aim for at Easy Burger. We had a new driver struggle with the route tonight, which is no excuse for a 2.5-hour wait and cold food. Regarding the refund, I truly wish I could hit 'refund' on my end, but since it was through Scoffable, their system requires you to contact them directlyI'm sorry if that felt like poor service, it certainly wasn't my intention. The food is what it is, as consistent as it comes. Delivery is very hit and miss, yesterday it was a miss. Erics a fantastic guy, and he tries his very best, like everybody else, hes no perfect. We all have good days and bad days. Foods always good, delivery times need a bit of work. Thanks 🤝

Unbelievably delicious That may have been the best burger Ive ever had in my life. Delivery was on time, food was roasting hot when it arrived and Im a fair bit away. Overall service outstanding. Portion sizes are great. All tasted fresh. I will definitely be back again.Highly recommended.

It was fine however i ordered my chicken burger without salad but it had the salad! Also this time it was not the hottest, i really like my food hot not lukewarm
