I started ordering from here when it first opened and I must say I was very disappointed last night. Just did not enjoy the same ingredients have changed especially the guacamole it was disgusting and not fresh like it used to be. £50 is expensive and i think the quality just did not match that price sorry.

Food and delivery were good. The only negative was that I had ordered no rice on the burrito and made two notes on this and discovered rice in the burrito.

Ordered at 1:30pm and I got notified it would be 50 minutes for delivery. I waited 60 minutes and decided to contact Scoffable (no reply for 20 mins, no use) but I then called the shop and the lady I dealt with was really nice and wasnt her fault but there was no awareness to anyone where my order was. I said Ill give it another 15 minutes. I call back and again, no idea where delivery was. This is almost 85 minutes after ordering. After 1.5 hours waiting the driver comes to my door and says sorry but he took first order to wrong house on street and said was another number 1. Im in a tiny street and no other number 1. The food was not hot when it arrived and had to reheat. I asked for some compensation since its been a huge hassle for 1 item and a sauce (literally) but Plan Burrito refused (according to Scoffable) - absolutely furious.

We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to wait so long with no clear updates, and then receive food that wasnt hot.To clarify, the driver mistakenly delivered your order to 1 OXX XXX Grove instead of 1 OXX XXX Court both are nearby and have very similar names, which unfortunately led to the mix-up. That said, we know this caused you a lot of inconvenience and were genuinely sorry for that.Please also note that the food was made fresh again just before being re-delivered to you, though we're sorry if it didnt arrive in the condition wed expect. Regarding compensation, weve checked with Scoffable and no refund or credit request was passed to us, otherwise we absolutely would have reviewed it properly on our end.We appreciate your patience and the kind words about the staff member you spoke to.
