Hi, we're truly sorry to hear you're feeling unwell and hope you feel better soon. We want to clarify that the tortilla we use is already fully cooked when it arrives to usits not raw dough. It only requires reheating before serving, which is standard across the industry. In over two and a half years, we've never received any complaints about undercooked tortillas, but well still review the situation to be sure. Its also possible that you may have an intolerance to one of the ingredients, which could explain your reaction. Your health and feedback are very important to us.
