This is first time we have responded to a comment.Were sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your order. However, when you contacted us, you advised that you no longer had the food and therefore were unable to return it for inspection. As a result, weve not been given the opportunity to verify or investigate the concerns raised.All of our food is freshly prepared and checked before leaving us, and in situations like this we require the items to be returned so that we can properly assess any issues. Without this, we are unable to offer a refund. I would like to point out that when we spoke your complaint changed moment to moment .. too sweet .. to salty etc etc we could not confirm as you would not return the food, however We remain committed to maintaining our standards and appreciate all feedback.
