Ordered box 5 with rice, then chose to add chips as an extra (was charged more for this) for it to come with only chips. Apparently when adding chips as an extra it cancels out the option of rice that I originally chose, which doesnt make sense when they have the option of box 5 with chips anyways. No offer to rectify their mistake. Chicken noodle soup was near tasteless also. Very disappointing.

Absolutely gutted as it was my first time trying this Chinese out. I went to plate the food up and as I started emptying the curry onty my plate there was a hair through the sauce which led to me putting the full curry straight into the bin? I would like to request a refund

After waiting over an hour i called to be told my order had been missed and.they were just starting it i had another half hour to wait but once arrived very nice food the salt an pepper chips tasted as tho bit too much salt rather than spices but all in food was good

By far the greasiest pancake rolls ive ever encountered.. Mixedmeatcurry was just a jellified mess and salt n chillie chips failed to live up to there billing....overall score 3/10...

Chips were soggy and the curry not greatarrived suspiciously quickly for supposedly fresh food😕

The worst meal I have had in a long time. Chicken fried rice consisted of a layer of rice and then oyster sauce and previous frozen substitute chicken strips on top. It was so bad my husband called to complain and he never complains and he was told that the business was new and he would have to claim a refund from Scoffable. My husband ended up bagging the food back up and taking it back to them !

Had guests over from a different county and they said its the best theyve had. Very impressed
