Staff need to read orders properly as I asked for sauce and vinegar only and they put salt on my chips as a can not take salt on any food

I have ordered from Vittorios on several occasions and have always been very happy with their food.On this occasion, I ordered a chicken and mushroom pizza, paying extra for sweetcorn as an additional topping, and a portion of chips, paying paid extra for lots of chippy sauce.I appreciate this was ordered on a Friday night which will be an extremely busy time for the takeaway.The food was delivered about 45 minutes after ordering, which is impressive for a Friday night, and the chips had been freshly cooked and were piping hot.However, I received a pizza with plenty of chicken and sweet corn,, but zero mushrooms and the pizza,, whilst cooked well, was pretty cold.The chips, did have sauce on them, but this was a standard amount, rather than lots of,When ordering this on previous occasions, the chips have been swimming in sauce. I will definitely order from Vittorios again as on previous occasions the food has always been good, just a shame that this time it was not as expected.

Calzone was amazing as always, best ones around this area by far, chips were not up to usual standard but normally they are the best as well, these things happen with chips though can be hit or miss but wont put me off ordering again as they are usually best chips around here too.
