Great service and full order delivered

Baguettes were not baked long enough, they were pale and soft and not crisp in the slightest, the fillings were tasty enough but spoiled by the baguettes being underbaked, also we had ordered 2 baguettes, 2 bottles of Fanta, 1 Boost Duo & 1 Kit Kat chunky, the order arrived but no Kit Kat chunky, nobody phoned to ask if we wanted to order something else in place of the Kit Kat chunky, it did not say on the receipt if we were charged for this or not!Poor customer service from Scot-mid Heartlands.
