Only ordered 3 items and only sent 2 but still charged

The manager was friendly and helpful but the delivery driver went to 20 Gorgie road like last month instead of 507/16 Gorgie Road .He said it was uber office 's fault.He arrived very late.

Iv got a screenshot I paid for 4 tuna lions at 8 pound on my order I asked for the other 3 to be sent out as iv paid for them and not received them can see they have changed it to 1 tuna lion but I screenshot everything from the beginning to end so I no iv paid for them Id like my refund or other 3?tuna lions for cats kind regards Alana Farrugia
