Completely incompetent. Half an order left instore not given to the driver. Asked for order to be fulfilled not refunded and even with 2 attempts still missing items.

Delivery took over two hours after getting collected from retailer, and items where missing, after speaking to retailer direct they assured me everything was packed, lost in transit?
