the order was sent quickly, and arrived without issue.There was a couple f thigs not available, but instead of just guessing what to bring instead, they made a quick call that ensured we got everything we needed.A lovely touch that I really appreciated

Always very good but shame they hardly ever have the chicken pakora which is excellent

2 items not in stock but the substitutes were spot on and one of them was twice as expensive 👌

Missing item

Waited 2 hours only to get an email saying delivery cancelled then had to phone to get my order resent then waited and hour and a half to receive my delivery...not happy

Generally good and leep you onformmed although there ha ve been a couple of times where out of stock was simply omitted from delivey.

Order didnt arrive. I paid by card. Heard nothing until i called after 2 hours of waiting to be told to call back in ten minutes so they could check with the delivery driver. Called back, several times, and no answer! Not professional at all. Its ok though im heading to the shop right now to speak with management. Do not order online from co-operative!

Was missing cigarettes, I know have to do without very annoyed, not the first time something has been missing or got something different from what I originally ordered 😡 Im not one for complaining but this is happening a lot lately when I have ordered
