Mostly good, missed 12 items of shopping and dates werent great

2 items never arrived with order. Tried calling store several times no answer.Driver great and arrived on time. But almost a tenner out of pocket!!

Half of my stuff was not in storeAnd I still paid for it I need a refund for these items

A young girl named Amy called me to let me know one of my items was unavailable. She was so lovely when helping me choose a substitute and making sure I was happy with my order.

Sent order to local CO-Op for a delivery of groceries. Phone call later saying one item was out of stock. OK, no problem.Order delivered speedily, but was still charged for missing item. Could not be bothered with the hassle of chasing them up.
