The sweet chilli wrap came with just chicken in the wrap no salad like I asked for. There was one little bit of lettuce that defo wasnt fresh as it was all brown. No sauce in the wrap at all (states its a sweet chilli wrap) it was dry. Chips were all hard and not edible I think these were covered in cheese to disguise that the chips was bad. The hoagie came without salad and sauce also. And I paid for 2 sauces separate and didnt get them. All this food went in the bin waste of money. Definitely wont be ordering again. Im awaiting a refund.

Food cold and tasteless.

The food was great but we got a can of juice that was clearly dropped and its got dents and cant open the can

Always great, fast service! Sometimes Romi's is a little heavy handed putting sauce on burgers (but the excess can be easily scraped off). If you like a bit more salad on your burgers, I suggest going for their Gourmet Burgers. Any issues I've ever had have been resolved with a quick phone call which is always answered pretty fast. The guys who work there and their drivers are top notch.
