Portions are much smaller than they used to be, and food was not very hot

Never usually have a problem with nine dragons however this time when I ordered, my order was missing the shredded beef, the chicken wings and chicken balls

It was great the order arrived on time, but unfortunately half of the sauce had escaped from the container which wasn't secured so the sauce was in the carrier bag. Normally a take away will do me 2 nights, but not this one.

Food was great as always, being a regular customer,However they promote free items when orders are over £25 and never once have I received the free items, either follow through with the promotions or remove them, beginning to seem like false advertisement...

first time have used them. wont be the last good food good value

Order was cold when it arrived and was late after I and ordered it 1hour 40minutes in advance.

Worst takeaway out there,Ordered duck fried rice with curry sauce, what i was given was chips and a portion of noodles with prawns through it, couldn't even get a refund or the order changed as they closed before i had a chance to contact them, wont be ordering from them again, could've been allergic to the order for all they knew and cared. Terrible...

Meal as usual was superb delivered when they said it would arrive . But I never got my free prawn crackers
