I waited 2.30 hours for it and it was cold

Sadly the portions of ribs are cut into quarters so compared to last years quantity it has sadly now declined, now get less for your money and its aqivulated by more Chips and less meat, not worth the value for a munch box anymore 😢

Took an hour and a half instead of the 30min I was told. Freezing cold on arrival, not the usual standard

Food was cold no taste absolutely disgusting

Salt and pepper chips tasted like normal chips, flavour only on one or 2 chips. Salt and pepper wings were soggy, always got them crispier and more cooked. Soup was cold. Been ordering from here for many years but recently the food has been very bad. Last time I ordered from there I think, Ive been convinced a few times now to not come here again.

Excellent meal piping hot and delivered on time.
