Delivery was late and order was incorrect

I order from Mr Chef almost weekly but lately the times for delivery have been so bad! So because of this I ordered dinner early tonight (6.10pm), order confirmed with an estimated delivery time of 7pm. I never expect it at that time as it very rarely happens but when I phoned at 7.40 to find out where it was I was told it was ready, waiting on a driver, no apology or anything. We then got our order at nearly 8.15pm! Food was hot and well prepared but no apology from the driver or anything to compensate, nothing! Sorry Mr Chef but think well be taking a break! Loyally order from you but it seems sadly the loyalty is not returned

Intimation by mr chefs delivery driver with his foot in my property at front door yelling at me over a miss understanding with the order. Absolutely discrace. Not to mention probs against the law. Never again 😒

Wrong curry I asked for chicken breast korma and u sent a spicy curry which I couldn't eat

Food was an hour later than stated it would be ( 2 hours from ordering) calzone was super dry , cakes ordered were Ferraro Roche and a caramel cheese cakes . 2 Biscoff cheese cakes were delivered instead . Then the icing on the cake is the angry delivery driver phoning me after he delivered my food to have a go at me for chasing my delivery that was an hour late . Really poor experience and wont use again.

My order had bits missing, no poppadoms am i asked f9r Pepsi i got pepsi msx, i phoned all i got was voice mail.

Quick tray chicken chasni & Peshawari naan - Delivery time was about the same as estimated. Food was enjoyable but the new cardboard trays are a nightmare for some things. Chasni sauce was starting to soak into the box by the time it arrived.
