Chips were cold and special fish seemed to be overcooked. Most of it went in the bin unfortunately.

Pizza was cold when delivered. Took 1 hour and Im thinking the delivery drivers dont use heat bags. Pizza tasted great just cold. Sadly

Food missing from my order, i was then lied to over the phone and was told my missing food was already with the driver on its way to me. 35 minutes passed and still no food, i called back only to be told it was just about to leave. When i asked why i was lied to on my first phone call i was told the girl was probably overwhelmed because it was busy.Thats awful customer service, i couldnt eat my food when it eventually got to me because i had children to put to bed. Takeaway refused to refund me but thankfully i got a refund from scoffable as they value their customers and i order all my takeaways through scoffable, i have always had positive interactions with them.Will not be ordering again! If i had been told the truth in the first phone call i would have just collected the food that was missing. Its very simple, do not lie to your customers.
