They put cheese on the burger and it wasnt supposed to have cheese but I liked the chips

Food was ok. Chips were undercooked could have been doing with another 10mins in the fryer. Pizza was cold.

My food was cold i had to reheat it.

Delivered on time. Scotch pie not the best. Two sausages equivalent of one sausage elsewhere and no better quality. Chips very small and mostly hard. All food greasy but hot. Like the foil bag to keep warm. You need to do better guys to get out of the 60% rating.

Baked potato all cut up im tray still hard. Coleslaw in a tiny tub which wasnt enough, this all went in the bin. First time using here and think will be last

Nice food but far too much chippy sauce, despite me asking for them not to add much. You need to read what your customers want and not just cover everything in sauce. Pay attention and do better!
