The desserts delivered were delicious and excellent quality however, we were very disappointed with an hours delivery time. Not sure if the shop was too busy or need another delivery driver. We wont order for delivery again because of this time scale.

I ordered dessert last night knowing full well Id be waiting a lot longer than the 1hr10mins quoted due to it being a Saturday night and that was absolutely fine! But after waiting for 2hrs45mins for my desserts it was very disappointing that the ice cream was melted and the doughnuts were cold. I only live a 10minute drive from Mastro desserts so Im not sure why my desserts came the way that they did.

Ordered a few times from here and it's always been delivered super quick! Tried a few of the items but the pistachio canneloni are amazing! Highly recommended!!

Exceptional and personal service. They didn't have the option my son wanted, so rang and offered an alternative, then expedited delivery for the inconvenience. And I must say, I'm VERY happy that I ordered the tiramisu for myself - I'm a fussy so and so when it comes to my favourite dessert and I was not disappointed 😋

At the door i was told that they had no pistachio so they gave me nutella and that they were giving me a full refund. When i emailed scoffable they told me they are unwilling to give me a refund because i accepted the order.
