Waffles were absolutely brilliant, couldn't fault them , light and fluffy waffles with a generous amount of toppings

Good was there at the time I asked for collection and most importantly was amazing

Amazing desserts & good portion size

Missing items and food cold and stale, also long wait time have requested refund

Once again they didn't include the chocolate curls to the ice-cream. This has happened a few times now. Quite disappointing when you dont get what you pay for.

I have ordered a few times and every time its the same. I had been waiting 1 hour 30 mins for my delivery so I phoned and asked how long it would be for them to say all deliverys had been sent out and should be with me I waited another 40 mins I stay 10 mins away from mastros still no hadnt received it so phoned again for it to ring out and no anserw because the shop with closed 10 mins I finally got it had been waiting 2 hours for it my ice cream was like water and the cookie dough was hard as rock like it had been sitting a while!

2nd time ordering from here and didn't get any choc curls in banoffe tray and no crushed mint aero in aero tray.

Too much foam cream from can ? not enough real ice cream but was ok not great just ok

Told driver to bin it profiteroles looked like dung .Will never support mastro any longer after this .And £3 delivery charge for 100m ??Shame lost another customer
