Oder this time was disappointing, so different from the last order we placed approx two months ago - the order took an hour and 10 mins, the fish had soggy batter, chips were soggy and all tasted like it had been cooked in burnt oil.

Fish was super dry like it had been sitting for hours. Special mixed kebab had mushrooms, never stated this in description and due to allergies it was not touched when it was £19. The chips and donner meat was ok, donner meat was a bit rubbery. Not a great experience when you have waited 1.5hrs for delivery.

Everything nice and hot and quick delivery.

Will not be getting from here again! Should have been 40min delivery and waited over 1 hour for delivery that was cold once received.

Although there was a problem with the delivery timing for some reason or another. Without prompting both the shop and delivery girl gave a genuine and honest apology for the delay.In addition the shop sent me, free of charge, a large bottle of Coca-Cola. The food was piping hot and delicious. The portions were enormous, hope that the portion size wasn't due to the late arrival. Will definitely be using this venue in the future.
