my order was amazing. there was an issue with navigation due to the confusing area where satnav often takes people to the wrong street, but kandy krush went above and beyond to deliver my order after closing as the driver returned home, I am so happy they provided such a good service despite the unseen issues that came up. I didnt even care that my sundae was a little melted and my churros were cold, because I know they didnt have to go out of their way to bring it to me when it likely would have been easier for the company to cancel the order. my only regret is I forgot to tip the driver for her exceptional work

2 of 3 items were wrong ordered a nougat wafer ice cream got only ice cream happens all the time from here it seems

Decided on a little sunday treat, ice cream was lovely and delivery on time.

took 2 and a half hours showed up ice cold and we didnt get an apology. bad customer service for a bang average scran will not be back

Terrible cold and took like 10 hours

Lied about delivery and initially wouldn't let me cancel order ir get refund, i had to contact another shop to try and sort it

Over priced and food was cold when revived prepared really well tho delivery was also late

Food was excellent as always. However it arrived 30 mins after the estimated arrival time. I get the arrival time is an estimate, but half an hour over is a bit much. When I phoned to ask where it was, I was abruptly interrupted by the guy on the phone and told the drivers on his way bruh when he didnt even know who I was or what my order was.

Lovely staff however our order took over an hour to arrive. My Sundae was basically melted and only had two bits of kinder bar chocolate in it so didnt feel worth the money. The waffle we had also ordered was lovely but was freezing cold by the time it got here.
