Not as good as it used to be incredibly oily the last few times

As always the food was fantastic. What was annoying was that I used Scoffable to order online with a requested collection 90mins later and paid in advance. They clearly didnt start cooking the food until I turned up at the selected collection time.Poor show on the service.

Took almost 2 hours on a Sunday evening to deliver. Estimated time was 1hr10.Spring rolls amazing, veg noodle dish was a bit uneventful & other main dishes tasted nice but were just a tad oily. I do really like Jais Thai & will order again but maybe choose other dishes next time. Except the spring rolls because they are ridiculously good!

I got jungle curry and the sauce was pure water, the salt and chilli chips hadno veg in it and they seemed over cooked, the chicken in the jungle curry was a funny colour. I have had some lovely meals from here in the past but tonight's was inedible.

Yummy tasty food looked for this all over felt like in Thailand again so yummy

I would on any other occasion say amazing but after last night disappointed as I orderd and it went through as a collection after two hours phoned to see where it was and realised it was a collection and couldnt get it.disappointed after two hours no on phoned to ask for a pick up time that wasnt given..but was told u had meal ready waiting after two hours.regular customer and disappointed when your busy a simply call to see couldnt be made to me

Beef in oyster sauce was tasty as usual but the beef was quite fatty and the jasmine rice was in a plastic bag under the container so it was all stuck together 😭

It wasn't terrible by any means, but we found the massaman and penang curries to be very oily, not at all creamy as the description promised. The spring rolls were good and the sticky rice was great, but the prawn crackers weren't to our tastes (although i would class this as a preference thing rather than them being objectively bad). Overall it was the curry that let this down, and for us that's the main event so it was ultimately disappointing.
