We waited 2 hours for our food delivery and called to check on where it was to be told it was not received!

Estimated time 50 mins, reality was over one and a half hours. Called up and was told on way. Arrived and it was cold. Phoned again and no offer of refund (even partial would have been good) or hot food. Instead I had to reheat myself, £21 odds for cold, late food is a joke. I could have got a bus there and back quicker.
