Ordered a collection. Gets home no salad and sauce with kebab.Phoned them to tell them and they say they will drop it off to me. Waited an hour no sign of any driver but by after 20 mins I gave up as kebab now stone cold. Asked for refund on the kebab as it went in bin.

It took over two hours for delivery. The food was warm only. It just wasn't the usual quality we have had in the past.

Delivery was going to be 1 hr 40 mins onpy one driver on had to go collect it after paying the deliver ment to be fast food pointless

2 hrs to deliver and pizza wasnt hot, it was only room temperature

Took hour and half 3 items missing

Food was fine. Ordered online for delivery asap. Paid, then email confirmation shows as delivery in 2 hrs. Called them to arrange collection instead. Went to collect at given time and I waited another half hour in-store.

I would have said "great" except the time for delivery was ridiculous.I live about 1/2 mile from local shop delivering order and they told me it would be one and a half hours before delivery. I am unable to get to shop myself or would have done so. I cannot fault the meal at all - just the delivery time
