Food was very tasty and you got a good sized portion.

South Indian Garlic & Chilli Chicken Curry was a bit salty but large pieces of chicken were nice, good portion, partner had mixed grill kebab but scoffable failed to have information of what was in it and there were prawns & fish, both of which my partner dislikes, called to explain and staff were polite and reasonable in sending some lamb instead, however, for 17 quid there wasn't much meat in the portion & no bread, salad or vegetables, just a few pieces of chicken and few pieces of lamb. Tandoori chicken side was tasty but again felt portion was small for the price and very small naan. Free poppadoms and 3 dips which seemed very runny and the spiced onions appeared pickled? I didn't rate it the best to be honest but appreciated the customer service.

Two curries were oily and greasy, naan was lacking flavour and felt greasy too. Really disappointed as first time trying Delhis Winter.

The estimated delivery of 1hr 20 turned into 2 hours. The food was also luke warm. Normally a lot better than this.

Order took over 2 and a half hours to arrive, far later than the already long estimate of 1 and a half hours. Will definitely not consider ordering takeaway at weekends again if its always going to be like this.

After a poor first order, the restaurant handled the feedback brilliantly well and offered a replacement meal to put things right. The food was of a high standard and back to the level we have come to expect from this restaurant.

My food order wasnt ready at the time that was arranged and I had to wait for nearly an additional hour. I did receive a complimentary glass of Diet Pepsi. Please dont offer collection times that are unrealistic or unachievable. The food is however always good.
