Weve ordered from Chungwa many times through their own website and never had any issues but tonight it wouldnt work so used Scoffable for the first time.part of my order was wrong when we brought it homethere was no boiled rice and also missing 2 orange drinks for the children which were ordered as part offsite meal deal.The food which was there was good just disappointed to have items missing

Order never came said one hr and 3hrs later still no order

Food was all lovely, I just thought the website was a bit misleading, we ordered the set meal for 2, and it was to come with 2 soups 2 main and 2 sides of rice or noodles, we ordered a salt and chilli chicken and noodles as a side, but this came in one box as a salt and chilli chicken noodles, there was no mention of this on your website so was quite disappointed when no salt and chilli chicken arrived, I phoned the store and they advised it was an all in one box so I think it would be worthwhile updating your website to be a bit more clear

Salt and chilli chips were inedible I order from here regularly and they have changed. Chips were soggy with a sauce coating. Not good!
