ordered and it took 3 and a half hours to arrive, what a joke

3 hours been waiting on food and still no sign after being told twice "its on its way!"

Didnt get everything I ordered and was stone cold.

Ordered on the app for delivery at 7:30pm and arrived at 6:05pm when I wasnt home, only my husband. He sent it back and they assured us a fresh delivery would be made at the time we requested. Re-delivered at 7:20pm stone cold - had obviously been getting driven around for over an hour in the delivery car! Phoned and complained - girl on the phone had terrible attitude and didnt even apologise! Told me it would be a long wait for a fresh order cause its Friday night & were busy. Next delivery arrived 25mins after the time she told me on the phone, and surprise surprise - cold again. Delivery driver just grunted at husband at the door when he offered to hand back the first delivery and walked away! Gave up at this point and just ate some of it. Hair in husbands dinner!! Wont be ordering from them again!!

Waited 2 n a half hours just for the food to be delivered at nearly 1am and cold

I order often from chillis and have done so for many years. Tonight i placed an ordwr at 17:55 and still no food had arrived at 21:40. I asked to cancel and to be refunded.

ordered at 7:44 said 50 minutes phoned after an hour asking where it was to be told its been delivered then spent 1 hour 30 minutes trying to revolve this issue at 10:00 they said they where sending out another one but its now 10:50 and i still havent received my order 3 hours later
