Estimated delivery was 40 min had to wait over 2 hrs for the delivery

Milkshakes are beautiful as always, driver very presentable and friendly. Only feedback would be if the guy who answered the call could sound a little more upbeat and less gloomy, could definitely feel the aura and its always the same every time I call, but other than that it was fab. Until next time, thank you.

Ordered at 8.55pm was given estimated delivery time of 40 minutes. Called at 10.10pm and was told (after giving my name and address) it would be here in 10 minutes. Called back at 11pm to be told they hadnt received my order. Poor service and the person I spoke to didnt seem to care. Wont be ordering again.
