The food was great but delivery was poor took over 1 hour for delivery

Chips were rubbery n frozen garlic mayo tasted like water and overall not enjoyable

waited over 1 hour 35 mins for the order to arrive which delivery time was 50 mins , understand if they're busy , but chicken was over cooked and very dry, and chips were cold as was chicken, used before and gave benefit of the doubt but just same as before ,that's just my experience with the service.

As always every order is delivered. It comes warm ready to eat. It's very enjoyable and pleasant delivery man

Worse fish supper that I have had. I use the Bowhouse chip shop a lot and over the past few weeks it has gotten worse. Fish has been left under the hot lights too long and the chips were certainly not fresh. For someone that worked in catering, I know the food was left too long under the lights so it becomes very dry to the extent there is not much left of the fish. I understand that you have to make a profit but this was disgusting. Think its time to make a change.
